In Romania, it is forbidden to praise “crimes” committed by totalitarian governments and to denigrate their victims; The ceaueescu era is one of them. Dinel Staicu was fined 25,000 lei (approximately $9,000) for congratulating Ceauéescu and showing his images on his private television channel (3TV Oltenia).  Yet, according to 2010 opinion polls, 41% of Romanians would vote for Ceauescu and 63% think their lives were better before 1989.   In 2014, the proportion of voters for Ceauéescu reached 46%.  On 27 December 2018, 64% of respondents had a good opinion of Ceauescu. On March 21, 1821, Vladimirescu invaded Bucharest. In the weeks that followed, relations between him and his allies deteriorated, particularly after seeking an agreement with the Ottomans;  Eteria leader Alexander Ypsilantis, who had settled in Moldova and who, after May, considered the Alliance to be broken in northern Valais – he executed Vladimirescu and found himself facing Ottoman intervention without Russian pandur or support and suffered heavy defeats in Bucharest and Dr. Dr.  These violent events in which the majority of Phanarioans had found themselves with Yantisil Sultan Mahmoud II had the Principalities placed under his occupation (hunted at the request of several European powers) and sanctioned the end of the rules of phanariote: in Wallachia, Grigore IV Ghica was the first prince to be considered a local prince after 1715.

His successor Mircea Ciobanul (1545-1554; 1558-1559), an unpretentious prince with a noble inheritance, was imposed on the throne and thus accepted a reduction in autonomy (increased taxes and the execution of armed intervention in Transylvania – support of the pro-Turkish John Zapolya).  Conflicts between boyar families became severe after the reign of Petracu the Good, and the young superiority over the rulers was evident under Petru the youngest (1559-1568); A domination dominated by Doamna Chiajna and marked by huge tax increases), Mihnea Turcitul and Petru Cercel.  A series of official visits to Western countries (including the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Spain and Australia) helped Enauescu present himself as a reformist communist and conduct an independent foreign policy within the Soviet bloc.
