Duration Of Lease Agreement
The transfer of a residual interest in a lease agreement, to a transfer, is often possible (alienation) and a tacit right of transfer exists in some jurisdictions as a right of delay. Sharing or separating from the property may be a violation of certain leases that result in a termination action.
